🌥️ Part 1: Kink & Coping – Tools for Stress, Overwhelm, and Everyday Survival
Kink can be a powerful tool for navigating stress and emotional overwhelm. Kink offers ways to regulate the nervous system, release tension, tap into hidden parts of ourselves, and feel held. In this session, we’ll explore how to build an intentional practice that supports emotional well-being and creates space for grounding and soothing.
We’ll center curiosity, consent, and care as we explore what coping can look like when kink becomes part of your personal wellness practice.
⛈️ Part 2: Kink & Coping with Trauma – Holding What Hurts with Care and Intention
Trauma can fragment our sense of safety and control. Kink can offer pathways to healing through intentional power exchange, sensation, structure, and embodiment. In this session, we’ll look at how kink can become a container for emotion, how it can be used to foster feelings of safety and control. We will learn how to build sense with trauma-informed intention, navigate triggers with care, and build in aftercare that supports integration and wellness.
Survivors often carry wisdom about what they need—this space honors that. Whether you’re working through trauma yourself or supporting a partner who is, we’ll explore ways to make kink a conscious and affirming part of the healing process.
