Busy Brains | Blocked Bodies (BBBB) is a web of experiential workshops built around a simple premise: when one part of a system changes, everything else responds.
BBBB: The Basics is the foundational entry point into this web. It offers a playful, grounded introduction to noticing how cognitive overload and physical restriction tend to show up together, and how small, well-placed shifts can reorganize the experience of a whole system.
For many people, this shows up as a sense that things feel heavier, tighter, or harder than they need to be — across mind, body, or both. Rather than fixing or correcting, this workshop emphasizes awareness, curiosity, and practical exploration. Through simple, adaptable practices, participants explore how attention, sensation, breath, and movement interact across the system, revealing where effort is being held and where ease is already available.
The experience is designed to feel human, supportive, engaging, and enjoyable. Working together in the room helps normalize experimentation, reduce self-consciousness, and remind us that we’re not alone in navigating busy brains and blocked bodies.
BBBB: The Basics can be taken on its own, revisited over time, or combined with the deeper, more expressive workshops in the BBBB web. It is intended as an early touchpoint, but not a rigid prerequisite.
Appropriate for sore explorers of all experience levels. Expect to leave with a clearer felt sense of what’s been happening in your system, a collection of usable practices, and playful invitations for what might want to move next.
