Event Description

Consent, Connection and Communication is an interactive class designed for couples who are exploring, beginning, or already practicing consensual non-monogamy (CNM). Whether you are opening an existing relationship, navigating polyamory, or redefining what partnership looks like for you, this class offers practical tools for building relationships grounded in consent, trust, communication, and mutual respect.

Participants will gain concrete skills on how to communicate needs, desires, boundaries, and agreements while making space for the emotions that can arise in CNM relationships. Topics include:

• ongoing and enthusiastic consent
• establishing and renegotiating agreements
• navigating jealousy and insecurity
• managing changes in time and attention
• communicating about new partners
• repairing after conflict
• maintaining connection during periods of change
