Let’s demystify it—and explore this world together.
This workshop is for curious, open-hearted humans who want to feel more alive in their bodies and more connected (to themselves and others). We’ll explore breath, subtle touch, attention, and energy—tools that are way sexier than they sound—because they help you create more sensation, more presence, and more intimacy… even without taking your clothes off.
This is not about performance, pressure, or trying to be “tantric.”
Together we will notice the energy within — and open to the power of your presence.
The workshop is from 7 - 9 PM, with open space to practice and connect from 9 - 10:30 PM.
