Event Description

Step into the world of shibari-inspired rope bondage with our Rope 101 workshop. This introductory course is perfect for adults who are curious about exploring the basics of rope bondage in a fun and supportive environment. No prior experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity and willingness to learn.

What to Expect

• Introduction to Rope Play: Learn some of the history, philosophy, why people engage with this practice and safety considerations of rope play.
• Basic Knots and Ties: Hands-on practice to gain knowledge of single and double column tie, as well as a basic understanding of friction & tension. You will be well on your way to developing your own practice.
• Building Trust and Communication: Techniques for establishing trust and clear communication with your partner, including negotiations and aftercare.
• Safety Protocols: Understanding and implementing safety measures to create the safest and most enjoyable experience.

Who Should Attend

• Beginners with no prior experience in rope play.
