Join us for an evening of sonic exploration into ourselves and the realm of inner guidance, wisdom, connection, and presence. Sound can change our brain waves and transport us deeply into other states of consciousness where we are more receptive and open to the energetic fields around us. In community, we’ll use breath, body, and deep listening to drop in and root ourselves in compassion, wonder, and love.
If you have never attended a sound bath meditation, please know you are encouraged and welcome to be your whole self. Please bring items that will allow you to be comfortable and supported throughout the experience (e.g., a mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask). Consider bringing a journal to capture some of the insights and information that may come with the experience.
Plan to be fully present with this offering and love yourself.

Ben Brown is a sound practitioner, visual artist, and New York State-licensed massage therapist whose work resides at the intersection of art, healing, and ancestral resonance. Blending vibrational sound, visual expression, and conscious experiences, Ben creates immersive offerings that provide refuge from social-emotional isolation and invite the mind and body into deeper states of presence, spaciousness, and awareness.
Guided by the belief that sound art unites inner wisdom and collective memory, Ben crafts listening environments emphasizing the felt sense of vibration and its capacity to recalibrate consciousness and the nervous system. His method explores how frequencies and our senses reconnect us to intuition and the ancient knowledge embedded in our bodies.
